Shane arrived right on time and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the job and as he was working he explained very clearly what the process was. He showed me how to clean and change the filters in the hvac as well as how often they should be done. He also referred us to a place to get the appropriate filter for our furnace He went above and beyond in helping me clean a few other things while he was here.
